We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors. Superb quality products. Competitive pricing. Fantastic sales service and communication from start to finish. Fantastic installation with courteous and caring installers who went above and beyond to keep the mess to a minimum and tidied up each day upon leaving. We cannot recommend enough!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. The customer service has been nothing but stress. We ordered 19 sash windows for our property. They sent a few with the wrong colour fittings which was an error on their part. We informed them and was told that we would need to replace them ourself to which we explained we didn't feel comfortable doing this as we are not window fitters and didn't want to damage the windows, we were told that basically they wouldn't sent an engineer out to replace them and that they only supply them, if I had an issue I had to go to the original supplier. Bare in mind this was not our error but theirs and they just washed their hands of it. As soon as we tamper it affects the warranty and we could also damage the windows which were expensive. It has also taken numerous phonecalls and emails to get the replacements sent. 2 packages were sent with not enough replacements and even though I was clear exactly how many of each we needed not enough was sent both times! One of the windows is also missing a part which means that you cannot open it without it falling down and again we were sent a part and told to sort ourself. We also had a dorma window supplied, our fitters even went into the Quickslides office to double check the measurements for these windows. They then sent the wrong size windows and argued that the windows that they supplied wasn't for a dorma. They lied and told us they stated this at the time of ordering which wasn't true as we wouldn't of ordered windows we were being advised were wrong nor would we of spend thousands of pounds on windows that wouldn't fit. We again tried to get them to rectify their mistake and they again washed their hands of it which resulted in us having to take all the brand new roof off and open the dorma wider to make these windows fit as they wouldn't take responsibility for the mess up, this obviously came as a cost too. I understand mistakes happen and we are patient people that these things can be sorted but to have a company take thousands of pounds and just pass the batton when the errors or mistakes crop up. When you are having to chase constantly to rectify the mistakes that the company has made and not getting anywhere is not professional nor a company I would recommend to family and friends to use.

As a trade fitter the windows are of a great quality, had sloght problem after collecting 5 windows , but customer services were brilliant and the missing cleats were delivered within four hours , great service , cheers wetherby glass

Quick slide have been great, Jacob was particularly helpful and answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable and patient with us! We had some minor issues but all were rectified promptly and We’ll be back to order our patio doors soon 🙂 The windows looks great, and quality is spot on! Thank you Sept 2025 - Update Having ordered our patio doors it has been quite a different experience this time around, therefore I have edited my original rating. We've had quite a few issues with these sliding patio doors which have taken numerous calls (by us) to rectify, and we're still not 100% there. I think the main issue, is that what we purchased is not what we now have. Since installation we have been told by Quickslide that we require reinforcement posts due to the size of the doors. These stick out from the frame and so we have lost the sleek look of the doors, such a shame. We've also had some issues with the glass. We have since received replacement glass, so hopefully that will rectify that problem, but again this has taken 3+ weeks and numerous calls and emails...and we are still waiting on some other replacement items. Overall it has been really disapointing 🙁

Fantastic service from Donna and Paul Anderson. Donna understood the existing problem and organised an engineer (Paul) to visit the property the next day. Donna even worked around my schedule to accommodate the appointment. Paul arrived 15 minutes early and was extremely polite and professional (even at 7:15am). Paul even managed to fix an extra item that wasn’t on the list. Much appreciate to the team at Quickslide.

Bought a double glazed uPVC casement window with satin privacy glass from Quickslide for my bathroom renovation. Quality is spot on, well made and looks great. The satin glass lets in loads of light but keeps things private, exactly what’s needed for a bathroom. The whole process was smooth and quick. The sales team were really helpful, especially with explaining how to measure the space properly to get the right size. Delivery was on time and the window was installed with no issues. Really happy overall, would definitely recommend Quickslide to any homeowner looking for quality windows.
